Tuesday September 25th, Special Envoy StartupDelta Constantijn van Oranje presented the building blocks for a national blockchain strategy to the State Secretary of Interior and Kingdom Relations, Raymond Knops,  at the Future of Trust Summit 2018 which took place at the Hall of Knights. The white paper is drawn up by Dutchchain, APG, Brightland Smart Services Campus and  StartupDelta, in coorperation with other blockchain initiatives.

In the paper specific attention is asked for a transparant regulatory framework for ICO’s and tokens.
