Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is often associated with low job performance and a greater chance of becoming unemployed. But a new study by Ingrid Verheul of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) and a team of colleagues shows that there could be an benefit too. They found that people with hyperactivity, one of the main symptoms of ADHD, are more likely to start their own company and become self-employed.
Accelerator Startupbootcamp announced their expansion to the Chinese market with the launch of a first China-based program. Focusing on scaling the country’s digital health entrepreneurs, the program marks a joint partnership between Startupbootcamp and Thinkzone – a private incubator accommodating over 500 enterprises in mobile internet, software R&D, and digital media.
YES!Delft had the honour to welcome Prime Minister Mark Rutte on Wednesday. Rutte met with several founders, including those of Nerdalize, who announced a new partnership with Eneco. Software startup ParaPy found a launching customer in aviation company Fokker.
